POSITION OF THE OMDUDSMAN LLP MC ORTALYK

The objectives pursued by the Ombudsman in his/her activities are:

-        enforce the provisions of the Corporate Ethics Code amongst the Partnership officers and personnel, and clarify its provisions, as necessary;
-        render  assistance to the officers, personnel, and Partnership as such in addressing social and employment issues;
-        provide advice to personnel, parties to labor disputes or conflicts, assist them in coming up with mutually beneficial, constructive, and feasible solutions in line with the statutory provisions, including, as necessary, confidentiality provisions.
-        be involved in the resolution of collective disputes, employment disputes between the Partnership personnel, and  individual employment disputes between the personnel and executive body of the Partnership;
-        protect the rights and legitimate interests of the Partnership personnel.
